These terms and conditions contribute the refund of policy of DNA KNOWS service for test offered

Refund Policy - 

1: The customer has 48 hours to cancel service for a full refund

2: The customer will be charged a 15% inconvenience fee for a cancelation same day of services to be performed unless special circumstances arise upon company approval.

3: Any payment online will be refunded back to card used at the time of paid test ordered
